Scouting : the Colico camp maintains a mix of history, activities, traditions, sites and memories of people and events. It is an “oral tradition” rather than a written one, based on the experiences of people who lived the Colico camp life. The camp played an important role in the history of Italian catholic scouting and is therefore a valuable resource. Having your scouting experience here will certainly add another dimension especially when it comes to leaders' training.
Each Saturday and Sunday of the year and everyday during the summer months, the camp is kept open by the “Colico's Groundskeepers”, a group of current and former scouts. Besides being available to answer logistical questions ... they will gladly explain the camp's rich scouting history.
