ASSIGNMENT OF CAMPING AREAS AND STRUCTURES
Based on the request (unit type, number of people, planned activities) and availability, the camp managers will assign the area and structures to be used, taking into account reservation priority by date.
The secretariat may revoke an assignment if, on the same date, national, regional, or district leader training activities are scheduled, or extraordinary maintenance is required for emergencies.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations must be made by the unit leader well in advance (at least three weeks) by completing the online form at:
 www.scoutcolico.it/index.php/posizione-del-campo/prenotazioni
After evaluating the unit’s needs, the managers will assign the necessary and available structures and communicate the name of the Custodian assigned to the camp during your stay.
